1937-38 Lawrence College - Wisconsin (College) Freshmen
1938-39 Appleton Elm Tree Bakers (Independent)
1939-40 Appleton Elm Tree Bakers (Independent)
1939-40 Oshkosh All-Stars (NBL)


Born to Walter and Katherine Lillge, Lillge played high school basketball, and then played in the NBL. He joined the U.S. Army in July of 1941 and served during World War 2. He also coached military basketball teams in the military at that time.
